Sisterhood Mission: Serves as a vehicle to engage and educate African women around the world in the process of organizing, collective bargaining, taking the issues of Black women to the global stage.

Sisterhood Goals:

Nurturing self-efficacy and promoting mental health
Protecting the reproductive health of young women and ensuring they are informed of their reproductive health rights.
Promoting sexual rights, advocating for an end to violence in all forms and discrimination against young women and girls
Narrowing the gender gap in entrepreneurship and economic empowerment
Promoting cross-cultural communication and mutual understanding amongst Black women globally
